Have you ever been curious about seeing a psychic, having your cards read, or experiencing an energy healing session?
Guests will have a chance to do all of these things and more when the Health and Psychic Expo comes to Kedron-Wavell for the first time this August.
Caryn Alner, owner of It’s All In The Cards, has been organising and running the expos for nearly a decade and said she was excited to bring the event to Kedron.
“I do three expos a year at Redcliffe Dolphins and have since 2016,” Caryn said. “I also do readings and reiki from home and do readings at other peoples’ expos as well. We’re hoping to have a very good turnout at Kedron.”
Guests to the expo will have a chance to meet with readers of all kinds, including tarot card readers, mediums, numerologists and even one person offering animal readings.
“The readers’ section is always booked out,” Caryn said. “There will likely be eight readers at this event as it’s so popular and we don’t want anyone to miss out.”
Holistic Healing and Unique Gifts
Holistic reiki and energy healers will also be on hand with their massage tables ready to help restore balance and harmony and leave guests feeling reinvigorated after their treatments.
The event is also a wonderful place to pick up unique gifts such as crystals, jewellery, macrame, tarot cards, and bath products.
“Visitors to the expo will also be able to purchase raffle tickets for lots of chances to win a prize,” Caryn said. “Each stallholder will be donating something for the raffle and all of the raffle proceeds will be donated to Canteen, an Australian not-for-profit that provides support to 12 to 25-year-olds impacted by cancer.”
The charity is close to Caryn’s heart as she has been volunteering with them for more than 15 years.
“I have been with Canteen as a volunteer registered nurse since 2008,” she said. “I love working with its members and have used this expo to raise funds for this charity for the last few years.”
Caryn said she was looking forward to welcoming everyone for a day of spoiling themselves.
“We are hoping to get close to 200 visitors at the Kedron event,” she said. “Come on down to say hello – it will be a great day out.”
