Looking for a fun night out while supporting a worthy cause?

On Saturday, 24 May, DARE Inc will be hosting their Dog Rescue Trivia Night at Kedron-Wavell, with 100% of the proceeds being used to save dogs’ lives. For just $20 per person, you can enjoy a night filled with general knowledge trivia, exciting prizes and plenty of fun.

DARE Inc supports lifesaving canine programs such as Diamond in the Ruff and Golden Oldies and all proceeds from the trivia night will go towards these important causes.

Support for Dogs Who Need It Most

Michele, one of DARE Inc’s volunteers said Diamond in the Ruff was a program which was “designed to take in dogs other charities won’t due (to) finance, such as car accidents, paralysis ticks, severe medical conditions or cruelty.”

“Golden Oldies is another program that requires extensive funds because seniors need dental, grooming, supplements, medications, and so many people dump them due to financial burden,” Michele said.

DARE Inc is a no-kill organisation, meaning they cover the dogs’ costs for the rest of their life within the charity.

“Being no-kill means our expenses are triple that of other charities,” Michele said. “Instead of euthanasing difficult dogs or expensive cases, we fight for every dog that comes into our Dare family.”

To participate, book ahead with a team of eight of your friends or register individually and meet new people on the night.

For more information about the night, visit ‘DARE Inc’ on Facebook page or go to darerescue.com.au
