Food trucks, desserts and late-night shopping are all part of the fun as Bite Night returns this month.
Locals can join the festivities on Saturday, 14 March, at VEND Marketplace in Virginia.
Retail manager Cory O’Brien said Bite Night at VEND Marketplace was more than just a food truck market; “it’s a whole night out”.
“Think incredible street food, drinks, late-night shopping and local makers all in one place, with music playing and that relaxed Saturday-night buzz in the air,” Cory said.
“It’s the kind of evening where you come for dinner and end up staying for hours, catching up with friends and discovering your new favourite small businesses.”
Local Flavours and Handmade Finds: What’s on Offer
Previous Bite Nights have featured a wide range of food options, including American-style burgers, pizza with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices, Tibetan dumplings and German sausages. Visitors have also been able to browse stalls from local artisans selling resin goods, crystal earrings and bracelets, handcrafted soaps and other handmade products.
“We love hosting Bite Night because it brings our entire community together – families, date nights, groups of friends and foodies alike,” Cory said.“It’s designed for anyone who loves good food and supporting local, and what sets it apart is the mix of dining and shopping, plus the warm, welcoming vibe VEND is known for. It’s not just a market…it’s a place to connect, unwind and make a night of it.”
