Combining mindfulness, movement and nature, forest bathing yoga is a practice that nurtures your body and mind.  

Forest bathing is about immersing yourself in an outdoor setting where you can focus on your senses and connect with the natural world. When combined with yoga, it creates a sensory experience where you can experience the energy of the forest while stretching and strengthening your body.  

Laura Luck, yoga teacher, meditator and sound healer, runs free forest bathing yoga classes as part of Brisbane City Council’s Active and Healthy program, as well as paid sessions and retreats.

“Our regular attendees report experiencing what feels like 12 hours of deep rest in a single session, with many describing dramatic reductions in anxiety and remarkable mental clarity.”
