Nundah is preparing to glow after dark this month, with the return of Neon Nights At Nundah transforming Station Street into a vibrant evening street festival on Saturday, 20 June.
Running from 4pm to 10pm, the twilight market will shift into a neon-themed celebration featuring glowing installations, live music, gourmet food and artisan stalls, with organisers promising a festival atmosphere “brighter than a city skyline”.
The event will showcase more than 120 stalls, offering street eats, handmade goods and late-night shopping, alongside a pop-up bar serving traditional Glühwein. Bonfires will add warmth to the winter evening as crowds gather under the stars.
Entertainment, Food and Festival Atmosphere
Entertainment will be spread across two stages, featuring live music and roving performers throughout the night. Families are also catered for, with dedicated children’s activities designed to keep younger visitors engaged.
Organisers say the event is designed as an all-ages experience, encouraging visitors to “dance, feast, explore and celebrate” as the precinct comes alive after dark.
In addition to food and entertainment, attendees can enter a draw to win a gourmet hamper valued at more than $200 by registering online.
Neon Nights is presented by Goodwill Projects, the team behind the popular Nundah Fresh Farmers Markets, held every Sunday at the Nundah Train Station car park. The weekly markets remain a local staple for fresh produce, coffee and breakfast in the heart of Nundah Village.
Entry is $4, with gates open from 4pm.
